LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LOT 5, BLOCK 72, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “B”, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 26, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE COMMON CORNER BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5 WHICH IS THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5; THENCE RUN SOUTH 78 DEG 53 MIN 00 SEC WEST 152.43 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE REAR LOT LINE OF LOT 5 A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 78 DEG. 53 MIN 00 SEC EAST ON A LINE 10 FEET PARALLEL TO THE COMMON LOT LINES BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5 TO THE FRONT LOT LINE OF LOT 5 ON ALMERIA WAY SOUTH; THENCE FOLLOW SAID FRONT LOT LINE NORTHWESTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 2-22-2016/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
