Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 17, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on July 15, 2016 beginning at 10:00 AM.
