NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 15-003253-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, GROGAN, JOHN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property:
UNIT 1303C, BUILDING 27, JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4847, PAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 115 , PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AN TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION, APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM.
