NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007827-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINEWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER C. MORSE; et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4-E PINEWOOD VILLAS UNIT I, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 92, Pages 70 through 72 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
