NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-015540-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, BY CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., AS ITS ATTORNEY IN FACT, Plaintiff, and BRIAN LEVEROCK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NATASHA WETZEL;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK A, ROSE RIDGE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
