Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2015-CA-004581-CI in the Circuit Court of Pinellas, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
LOT 61 OF PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE 2 UNIT 3 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91 AT PAGE 19-20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FL.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on February 16, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
