NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004142 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Charlotte L. Boysel, Surviving Spouse of Terry L. Boysel, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT #1 OF CYPRESSWOOD PATIO HOMES AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT 735.37 FEET NORTH AND 79.84 FEET WEST OF THE SW CORNER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 12°34' EAST, 140.75 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 80° 24' 30” WEST, 24.74 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 41°00' WEST, 64.65 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 15° 24' WEST, 87.42 FEET; THENCE NORTH 81° 52' EAST, 60.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
