NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002677 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOHN A. SCIARRINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. SCIARRINO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 2 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4, NAPLES TWIN LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
