Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 02, 2016, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on March 30, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 63 FEET OF LOT 17 AND ALL OF LOT 18, BLOCK 6, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 60 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on May 2, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
