Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Building 8, Unit 202, THE RESERVE AT BANYAN WOODS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2982, Page 2437, et seq., Of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Parcel # 69280000641
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 2, 2016.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
