NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, entered in Case Number 2015-00004870-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which JOHN W. THOMPSON, III, is the Plaintiff, and SHAYNE R. CARVER and VICTORIA A. CARVER, his wife, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants, are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on February 26, 2016, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block E, JUANITA PARK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 13, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
