NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001309-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Successor by Merger to Ironstone Bank, fka Atlantic States Bank is the Plaintiff and Craig M. Conley A/K/A Craig Mitchell Conley; Sheila Golliver N/K/A Sheila Osann as Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Frankie D. Butler a/k/a Frankie Dean Butler a/k/a Frankie Butler, Deceased; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK F, NAPLES VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
