NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002844-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Luminent Mortgage Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Glenn R. Justice; Jane Justice; Grand Venezia COA, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 1 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 332, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGE 1368-1486, AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14243, PAGES 1040-1145, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
