NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6 day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 0809781CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein METLIFE HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF METLIFE BANK NA is the Plaintiff and NANCY PINA UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY PINA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 2 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 100, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
