NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No14-004971-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE5 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE5, is Plaintiff and Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Gregory E. Rushlow, now deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, , devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, Noel Rushlow, Companion Property and Casualty Insurance Company, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 11346 AT PAGE 917 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, JEFFERSON MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
