Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Family Unit No. 22, according to the Condominium Declaration for ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC., Unit A, as such Condominium Declaration is recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, in Official Records Book 235, at Pages 939 through 957 and amended in Official Records Book 290, at Pages 322 through 339, together with all appurtenances with the unit concerned in including, but not limited to, an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on May 2, 2016.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
