NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-007583-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2004-3, is Plaintiff and VICTORIA VELTRE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 47, HARBOR WOODS VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3 HARBOR WOODS CIRCLE, SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA 34695
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
