Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 30, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 736, BUILDING 73, PHASE 9, THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5732, PAGES 799-893, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 44-67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 39650 US HWY 19 N UNIT 736, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 1, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
