NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 14-008970-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and GEORGE C. REEL and LAURIE S. REEL, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 1, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 3, PIPER'S NEST, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4842, PAGES 428-469, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4868, PAGE 141, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4877, PAGE 1607, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
