NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 050450 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC is Plaintiff and KERRI K. HERBY, THOMAS B. HERBY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of May, 2016, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 25 and 26, Block 912, Unit 26, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 117 through 148, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
