NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-008454-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and KAREN ADELE CONSTANTINOFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN CONSTANTINOFF; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; 21ST CENTURY FINANCIAL, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 29 day of February 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 7, PELICAN CREEK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 24 AND 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
