NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-051143 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which PennyMac Holdings, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joseph J Mrstik aka Joseph Mrstik, Nancy H Mrstik aka Nancy Mrstik, Seven Lakes Association, Inc., South Florida Painting and Waterproofing Co. Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of May, 2016, following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 115, SEVEN LAKES BUILDING NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 930, AT PAGE 438, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
