NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-056623 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK OF AMERICA, FSB is the Plaintiff and Paul R. Severino; Loretta L. Severino; Any and All Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Bank of America, National Association; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 117, UNIT 5, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 TO 90, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
