NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-CA-050092 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR GOVERNMENT LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2011-FV1 is the Plaintiff and Norma Gallegos A/K/A Norma M. Gallegos; Juan Nieto Jr.; Northcoast Financial Services; Lee County, Florida; United State Of America, Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9 AM on the Sept. 7, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 49, UNIT 8, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE AMP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
