NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050636 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Jody G. Marsh; Unknown Spouse of Jody G. Marsh are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 47, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 315, PAGE(S) 128 THROUGH 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
