NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-050563 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-D MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-D is the Plaintiff and DEBRA J. CARSON; LINDA JEAN DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA J. CARSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA JEAN DAVIS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
