Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on April 8, 2016, in Case No. 12-CA-051608 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Pratiksha Patel a/k/a Pratiksha Patel; Snehal M. Patel a/k/a Snehal Patel; Shadow Glen at Colonial Section I Residents' Association, Inc.; Shadow Glen at Colonial II Residents' Association, Inc. a/k/a Shadow Glen at Colonial Section II Residents' Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB; Colonial Country Club of Lee County Master Association, Inc.; Luis A. Ruiz and Unknown Spouse of Luis A. Ruiz n/k/a Catalina Ruiz, are named defendants, on May 9, 2016, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Clerk's website for on-line foreclosure sale conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
