YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 200, Building 25, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Townhomes of Lake Seminole Condominium No. 2, as recorded in O.R. Book 4981, Pages 770-838, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 112-115, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida. With the following street address: 9209 Seminole Boulevard, #200, Seminole, Florida 33772.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 2-29-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
