NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-002199-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-B, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-B Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated June 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Carlos G. Marquina also known as Carlos Gilberto Marquina also known as Carlos Marquina, Jaime Daniel Cespedes also known as Jaime D. Cespedes also known as Jaime Cespedes, Teresa Cespedes also known as Teresa A. Cespedes, Unknown Party #1 NKA Maria Marquina, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
