NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050718 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York,as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM2 is the Plaintiff and Lewis E. Haynes; Unknown Spouse of Lewis E. Haynes; Simon B. Engram; Unknown Spouse of Simon B. Engram; U.S. Bank National Association for the Holders of the Terwin Mortgage Trust 2005-11, Asset-Backed Securities, Series 2005-11; Pine Manor Improvement Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May, 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18, BLOCK 12, UNIT NO. 3, PINE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
