NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050385, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2005-35CB) (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUSAN P. DIFRANCEISCO, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND 15, BLOCK 212, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 2, PART 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
