NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-11570-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2005-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE3, is Plaintiff and A. MARIA O'HARE F/K/A MARIA A. FOX, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF A. MARIA FOX LIVING TRUST DATED 9/29/2004, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, GREENLAND GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 914 9TH Avenue Southwest, Largo, FL 33770
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
