NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 10th day of December A.D., 2015, in the cause wherein, Mac Papers, Inc., was plaintiff(s) and Loomis Graphics, Inc d/b/a/ Pinellas Press and Fidelity Press, and Marc D Loomis and Betty J Loomis, was defendant(s), being Case No 01-6314-CI-7 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Betty J Loomis, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
The certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 306, Belleair Oaks, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the convenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Belleair Oaks, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5009, Pages 3-46, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 8-10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
