NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by an Amended Consent Final Judgment as to Counts I, II, & III Against Defendant Cape Wall Street, LLC filed January 22, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-062589 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where SWFLA INVESTMENTS, LLC, is the Substitute Plaintiff and CAPE WALL STREET, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; GERI KAUUMBA, an individual Guarantor; ANIKA KAUUMBA-GOWIE, an individual Guarantor; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION n/k/a STEPHANIE DETTY are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 16 day of May, 2016, the following described property in accordance with the Amended Consent Final Judgment as to Counts I, II, & III Against Defendant Cape Wall Street, LLC:
PARCEL 1
Lot 44, Block 1149, Unit 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 96 through 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

PARCEL 3
Lots 41, 42, and 43, Block 1149, Unit 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 96 through 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
