NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052834, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and ERIC SCOTT; CAREY SCOTT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 12, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:

Lot 141, KREAMERS AVOCADO UNIT 3: Begin at a point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of Section 9, Township 44 South, Range 22 East, 1019.60 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence run South 89Ëš 40' 40” West along said South line, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 0Ëš 21' 17” West 223.38 feet, thence North 89Ëš33'10” East, 100.00 feet; thence South 0Ëš21' 17” East 223.60 feet, to the point of beginning. Subject to a thirty foot (30') road and drainage easement along the North side and a twelve foot (12') utility and drainage easement along the South side, Lee County, Florida.

Subject to a thirty foot (30') road and drainage easement along the North side and a twelve foot (12') utility and drainage easement along the South side, Lee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
