Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052834, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and ERIC SCOTT; CAREY SCOTT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Subject to a thirty foot (30') road and drainage easement along the North side and a twelve foot (12') utility and drainage easement along the South side, Lee County, Florida.
