NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 05, 2016, and entered in 52-2015-CA-001596 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA AKIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA AKIL; PINE RUSH VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING NO. 8, OF PINE RUSH VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE(S) 1-34, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5605, PAGE 344 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
