UNIT 203, BUILDING 21, CALUSA PALMS III CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4485, PAGE 3656 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THEREAFTER OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
