Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Stipulated Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-7650-CI-15, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, The Bank of Tampa, and against the Defendants, The Leila Corporation of St. Pete, Raymond T. Agia, individually, Susan Agia, individually, Monique M. Agia, individually, Lisa Agia, individually, Monique M. Agia and Lisa Agia, as Co-Trustees of The Agia Children Irrevocable Trustee Under Trust Agreement Dated 12-17-1992, and Ossi Construction, Inc., jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 25, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Amended Stipulated Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Units 2A, 2B and 3B, THE CABRILLO CONDOMINIUMS, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15917, Page 834, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 151, Pages 26 to 36, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto; All formerly known as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, DON CE-SAR PLACE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 15 through 20, inclusive, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and the West 1/2 of that part of El Centro South as shown on said plat of DON CE-SAR PLACE, a vacated right-of-way, adjoining said Lots 1 and 2.
