NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 522009CA019590XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3, Plaintiff, and, BRANDT, KENNETH, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 86, FIRST ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 11 THROUGH 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
