LOT 38, BLOCK 8, CRYSTAL BEACH HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 511 ULELAH AVENUE, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 4, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
