NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in 13-002269-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and RICHARD BROOKS; BRANDI BROOKS; SUNTRUST BANK; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITICORP TRUST BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
