Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain 1994 CHAN mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers JACFL15313A and JACFL15313B located in the Park on 2346 Druid Road East, Lot No. 807, Clearwater, Florida 33764 in Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
