NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

On February 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on September 30, 2015, in O.R. Book 18938, at Page 1308 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded on September 30, 2015 in O.R. Book 18937 at Page 1720 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street Clearwater, FL 33756 , all right, title and interest in the property situated in the County of Pinellas, Florida, described as:Unit Week (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) in Time Share Unit (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) of VOYAGER BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5477, at Page 1561-1631, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended from time to time, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and an undivided share in the common elements of said condominium as the same may be amended from time to time; and together with perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress, egress and use of all public passage-ways as well as common areas and facilities upon the above described land.11860 Gulf Blvd. Treasure Island, Florida 33706 (herein “Time Share Plan (Property) Address”)Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day, pursuant to the Timeshare Plan, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien.
