NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-010849-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR1, Plaintiff, and, SIMMONS, DEBORA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 9 BLOCK 10 CURLEW GROVES UNIT TWO ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 072, PAGES 082-083 IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
