Begin at the Southeast Corner of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 0°03' East a distance of 25 feet to a point on the North right of way of Rim Road; thence South 88°36' West along said right of way a distance of 522.92 feet to a point; thence South 62°12'18” West along said right of way a distance of 294.57 feet; thence North 0°03' East, 210 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 0°03' East, 79.73 feet; thence South 75°46'21” West, 108.12 feet; thence South 0°03' West, 108.42 feet; thence North 62°12'18” East, 118.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, said parcel being a part of Tract 32 of PALMER FARMS, FIFTH UNIT, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 15, Sarasota County, Florida, said Parcel 9 subject, however, to a perpetual easement of way 10 feet wide running parallel to the East boundary of above described parcel, together with rights of ingress and egress over a tract of land 20 feet wide for road purposes which is described as follows: Begin at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 0°03' East a distance of 25 feet to a point on the North right of way of Rim Road; thence South 88°36' West along said right of way a distance of 522.92 feet to a point; thence South 62°12'18” West along said right of way a distance of 283.27 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 62°12'18” West along said right of way a distance of 22.6 feet to a point; thence North 0°03' East a distance of 374.98 feet to a point; thence South 88°33' East a distance of 20 feet to a point; thence South 0°03' West a distance of 363.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.
