Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-noted case that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, BLOCK āGā REVISED PLAT OF VALENCIA TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the intemet www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on May 6, 2016. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check OR initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHALL NOT BE BOUND BY THE SIXTY (60) DAY TIME PERIOD IMPOSED BY FLORIDA STATUTE SECTION 45.032
