Religious Community Services, Inc. RCS Food Bank: Air Conditioning Units Replaced
INVITATION TO BID
Religious Community Services, Inc. (RCS) is soliciting Air Conditioning Contractor Services at Risk for RCS Food Bank. The contractor selected for this project will oversee, in conjunction with owner and funders, the replacement of 6 air conditioning units: two 10 ton split system units and four 5 ton split system units.
Site review and pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, February 16th (2/16/16) at 9:00am at RCS Food Bank, 700 East Druid Road, Clearwater FL 33756. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT project, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, Federal regulations including, but not limited to the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR Parts 3 & 5, Procurement Procedures per Part 85 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Affirmative Action to achieve Equal Employment Opportunity per 41 CFR 60-4, and Davis-Bacon Act. Details regarding these and other Federal Requirements will be provided at workshop. Minority and female contractors are encouraged to apply.
Proposals must be sealed and two (2) copies submitted in writing to RCS, c/o Rachel Thurber, 503 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Clearwater FL 33756, received by 3:00pm on Friday, February 26th (2/26/16).
