NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 31, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA002523NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TINA KELLY, is Plaintiff and D. CHRISTNER A/K/A DAVID CHRISTNER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF D. CHRISTNER A/K/A DAVID CHRISTNER, THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, SARASOTA COUNTY GOVERNMENT CODE ENFORCEMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 are Defendants.
Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of May, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Begin at an ironstake 24 feet East of the NW corner of Lot 7, Block 2, SARASOTA-VENICE COMPANY SUBDIVISION in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 18, East, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 8, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and Plat Book A, Page 68, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence South along the East Boundary of Swift Road 275 feet; thence East along the North boundary of 30 foot road, 275 feet; thence North 130 feet, thence East 75 feet; thence South 130 feet, thence West 75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus. The United States of America shall not be bound by the sixty (60) day time period imposed by Florida Statutes Section 45.032 upon motions for distribution of surplus funds.
