NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013372 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee is the Plaintiff and ELVIRA ESPARZA; CARLOS RODRIGUEZ; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2347, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
