NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Amend Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated for February 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008563 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Juan M. Pineda A/K/A Juan Manuel Pineda A/K/A Juan Pineda; The Unknown Spouse of Juan M. Pineda A/K/A Juan Manuel Pineda A/K/A Juan Pineda; Mariela B. Gonzalez; The Unknown Spouse of Mariela B. Gonzalez; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein name individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heir, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Ford Motor Credit Company, a Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK N, COTTAGE IN THE PINES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
